Edited by Oday Enr\u00edquez Cabrera, the book includes reviews of the guest personalities and more than fifty photographs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The book features personalities such as Isabel Santos, Beatriz M\u00e1rquez, Ivette Cepeda, Jos\u00e9 Rubiera, Vania Borges, Haila Mar\u00eda Mompi\u00e9 and Barbarito Torres. Also on the list are the Brazilian intellectual Frei Betto, the corporate chef of the Iberostar chain, Honorato Espinar, and the actresses Miriam Socarr\u00e1s and Andrea Doimeadi\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A great admirer of Cuban cuisine and traditions, Miguel \u00c1ngel Jim\u00e9nez has had a distinguished career in the most important hotels of the largest archipelago of the Antilles. He graduated as a chef from the San Vicente Ferrer Institute in Valencia in 2000 and has participated in various events related to cuisine in Cuba and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Translated by Luis E.
