It will also feature poet and essayist Nancy Morejon and emblematic filmmakers Sara G\u00f3mez and Gloria Rolando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The unique performance will feature renowned artists such as Zunilda Remigio, Arlenis Rodr\u00edguez, the Son Galves Duo, La Reina y la Real, DJ Reitt and Shanara, among others, as well as the dance groups Luceros del Oriente and Havana Tropical Dance.&nbsp; Poets Nancy Morej\u00f3n and Carmen del Monte will join the cast with their verses. All under the artistic direction of Yaniset Nu\u00f1ez Manzanares and Josseph Reid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Articulaci\u00f3n Afrofeminista Cubana<\/strong>, a collective of academics, teachers, activists and artists, has proposed to celebrate the International Day of Afro-Latin, Afro-Caribbean and Diaspora Women with a wide range of activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 1992, the International Day of Afro-Latin, Afro-Caribbean and Diaspora Women, has been celebrated worldwide on July 25, with the aim of recognizing Afro-descendant women and promoting public policies that contribute to improving their quality of life and eradicating racism and discrimination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Translated by Luis E.
