The exhibition is the result of the educational mediation work of the Museum&#8217;s Department of Educational Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oramis L\u00f3pez Cede\u00f1o, head of Education at the institution, explained that it is an animated audiovisual presentation with visual effects created by the young artist and specialist from the Department, Alexandra \u00c1lvarez Carvajal. It represents a new approach to bring the Cuban people closer to the creative production of the Spanish painter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the specialist, this new space is part of a broad program organized by the museum, conceived as part of the international commemoration of the hundredth anniversary of the death of the Valencian artist Joaqu\u00edn Sorolla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several activities precede this exhibition, such as the tenth edition of the <strong>Sentir el Arte con la comunidad de adultos mayores<\/strong>, the workshop for children and teenagers titled <strong>Verano con Sorolla<\/strong>, and the inauguration of the exhibition <strong>Joaqu\u00edn Sorolla Bastida (1863-1923): las obras del Museo de La Habana en el centenario de su muerte<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recommending the upcoming exhibition on March 8th, L\u00f3pez Cede\u00f1o emphasized that the potential of the video projector allows for a unique approach to Sorolla&#8217;s work and his artistic solutions.
