From September 20 to 22, the capital\u2019s Hotel Mariposa, located at km 6.5 of the Autopista Novia Del Mediod\u00eda in Arroyo Arenas, La Lisa municipality, will be the venue for various activities, including a theoretical event, performances by artists such as the band Lo Real Maravilloso, Karmen Muradas, Bryan S\u00e1nchez, and special concerts featuring Haila Mar\u00eda Mompi\u00e9 alongside the host himself.<\/p>\n
This inaugural edition of Calentando el Caf\u00e9 con Chocolate is part of La Lisa\u2019s Cultural Week and serves as a counterpart to the Chocolate con Caf\u00e9 Festival, which Mendoza also organizes annually in Guant\u00e1namo, as announced in a press conference.<\/p>\n
The event will also showcase performances by students from the National School of Art and the University of the Arts of Cuba. In addition, a special segment will be dedicated to children, with Fiesta de Gato y Pon by Annie Garc\u00e9s on Saturday, September 21, and entertainment from Mo\u00f1itos the Clown and the group Reto\u00f1o on Sunday, September 22, starting at 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n
These activities aim to foster cultural exchange through academic initiatives and an appreciation of Cuban traditions, embracing a variety of expressions, including culinary arts.<\/p>\n
Waldo Mendoza has hinted at a special selection of his most beloved songs, which he plans to perform in an exclusive concert as part of Calentando el Caf\u00e9 con Chocolate. This celebration will also coincide with his 58th birthday, adding a personal touch to the festivities.<\/p>\n
