This includes fostering the adoption and integration of new technologies to ensure a seamless transition toward modernization.<\/p>\n<p>She also highlighted the importance of human capital management and organizational structures within GEIC\u2019s entities. The goal, she said, is to enhance efficiency, technological empowerment, and workforce competence. This requires ongoing training and strategic initiatives to develop a highly skilled and well-prepared workforce, aligned with the company\u2019s broader digital agenda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is crucial that each of these efforts translates into measurable results. Everything GEIC creates must be reflected in key performance indicators. That is why we are urging all teams to reaffirm these strategic goals,\u201d Plasencia stated.<\/p>\n<p>She further explained that the company remains committed to the principles, projections, and objectives set in 2022, which were designed with a long-term vision toward 2030. She also recalled that last year, Cuba\u2019s Council of Ministers approved the national digital transformation policy, the digital agenda, and the policy for the development and use of artificial intelligence. GEIC, she noted with pride, is fully aligned with these national strategies. With dedication and determination, she added, the company expects to achieve even greater results.<\/p>\n<p>Upcoming Projects and Key Technological Milestones<\/p>\n<p>During the event, GEIC executives outlined some of the major projects and technological milestones planned for the coming months. These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cubatel\u2019s business portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Desoft\u2019s strategic business lines<\/li>\n<li>Movitel\u2019s network supervision and security services<\/li>\n<li>The transition of Cuba\u2019s national antivirus software into a full security suite<\/li>\n<li>The importance of installing antivirus protection on mobile devices, a topic covered by Segurm\u00e1tica specialists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, Softel presented an overview of its main services, while Solintel detailed the strategic roadmap for the \u00abInformatizando\u00bb digital transformation project.<\/p>\n<p>Translated by Luis E.
