The event will take place in the theater hall of the Cuban Art Building.<\/p>\n<p>The concert, led by vocalist Hera de Cuba, who is also the project\u2019s founder and artistic director, will showcase around 50 artists from various ensembles associated with <strong><em>M\u00fasica es Mujer<\/em><\/strong>. Featured performers include Emy Abreu, Yaneris Carbonell &amp; D&#8217;Eva, Kamila Colarte &amp; Afromusa, Vocal Almas, Son G\u00e1lvez \u00abLas Hermanas,\u00bb Liliana Pi\u00f1ol &amp; Four Ladies, Ensemble Vocal Luna, Opening Cuba, Greter, and others.<\/p>\n<p>The repertoire will consist of 14 of Omara Portuondo\u2019s most emblematic songs, including <strong><em>Veinte a\u00f1os, Tal vez, Tres palabras, D\u00f3nde estabas t\u00fa, Mariposas blancas, Son al Son, Siboney, <\/em><\/strong>and<strong><em> Amigas<\/em><\/strong>, all composed by renowned Cuban musicians.<\/p>\n<p>According to Hera de Cuba, this concert is a privilege for every woman involved in the project and aims to amplify and showcase their contributions within the music industry.<\/p>\n<p>Launched in 2023, <strong><em>M\u00fasica es Mujer<\/em><\/strong> brings together female directors of musical ensembles and emerging artists across diverse styles. While the project&#8217;s team is not exclusively female, its members share a commitment to reinterpreting Cuban music through contemporary fusion rhythms.<\/p>\n<p>Translated by Luis E.
