From April 24 to 26, neighborhoods, parks, and squares will be transformed into open-air stages where citizens themselves take center stage, according to a statement published by the National Council of Performing Arts on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe curatorial approach emphasizes cultural decentralization and the activation of the social fabric: this is not about attending a festival, but about inhabiting it within each community.
