Artistic and Literary Promotions<\/strong>, and in line with the new <strong>Decree-Law 114\/2025<\/strong>, which paves the way for economic partnerships between state-owned and private enterprises in Cuba, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), cooperatives, and other non-state actors are invited to take part in a unique space for dialogue, business development, and strategic collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>The call is aimed at owners and representatives of MSMEs, cooperatives, and other forms of non-state business actors (FGNE) operating in the cultural, handicraft, services, food service, audiovisual, design, music, and related creative industries sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about the event, Maryxochit Vega Salermo, Commercial Vice President of Artex, highlighted that its main objectives are to foster direct engagement between Artex executives and private-sector entrepreneurs, present the collaboration mechanisms enabled under the new legal framework\u2014such as joint ventures, equity participation, association-based mergers, and economic partnership agreements\u2014and showcase the company\u2019s business portfolio, including its network of retail outlets and cultural centers.<\/p>\n<p>The forum is also expected to generate letters of intent and cooperation agreements, establish a contact agenda to promote joint ventures within the cultural sector, and encourage entrepreneurship and linkages between state and non-state actors.<\/p>\n<p>The Commercial Forum on Strategic Alliances will take place on May 14 at the Submarino Amarillo Cultural Center, located in Havana\u2019s Vedado district, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Those interested in registering should send an email to artexcasamatriz@gmail.com or contact the institutional WhatsApp number <strong>5 211 2915<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Emails should include the subject line \u201cCommercial Forum Registration\u201d and must provide the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name of the company or venture \u2022 Full name of the participant \u2022 Main economic activity \u2022 Contact phone number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once the application has been received, a confirmation email with a digital invitation will be sent.<\/p>\n<p>The registration deadline is April 30.<\/p>\n<p>Translated by Luis E.
