The program is enriched with breathing exercises and routines designed to foster serenity, self-control, and the joy of dancing, singing, and listening to melodies by the sea, surrounded by friends who, in that moment, feel like family.<\/p>\n<p>Participants are only advised to wear comfortable clothing and bring their own personal water bottles so they can make the most of this adventure, which was put on hold during the summer to protect the health of grandmothers and grandfathers.<\/p>\n<p>Now a tradition, \u201cDance Has No Age\u201d reaffirms Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba\u2019s commitment to inclusion and the well-being of all generations\u2014especially older adults\u2014promoting respect and care through dance: the art that inspires us and brings us together.<\/p>\n<p>Source and photo: Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba<\/p>\n<p>Translated by Luis E.
