Abreu for the Diversity Hall of the Historic Center of Havana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Themes such as the fragile nature-human relationship and the exploration of magic realism through the environment are perceived in this exhibition, which was inaugurated on April 21 as part of the <strong>17th International Festival of Dance in Urban Landscapes Old Havana: City in Motion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abWe have been recording for 10 years, in different countries and different places. We have recorded in Iceland, England, in Mexico there are several projects, in the United States, and all of this is a conversation that dance has with cinematography and the environment,\u00bb artist Ana Baer told Radio Enciclopedia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The audiovisuals are accompanied by several photographs entitled <strong>Thule<\/strong> 2016 (by Ingri Jensson), <strong>Wild-er-ness<\/strong> 2017 (Jessica Beer), <strong>Parakata<\/strong> 2018 (Baer), and <strong>Sympoiesis<\/strong> 2022 (Eric Sanchez).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"790\" height=\"593\" src=\"https:\/\/www.radioenciclopedia.cu\/cultural-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/obra-muestra.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-855\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.radioenciclopedia.cu\/cultural-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/obra-muestra.jpg 790w, https:\/\/www.radioenciclopedia.cu\/cultural-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/obra-muestra-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.radioenciclopedia.cu\/cultural-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/obra-muestra-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.radioenciclopedia.cu\/cultural-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/obra-muestra-720x540.jpg 720w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 790px) 100vw, 790px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><strong>Wild-er-ness<\/strong> 2017 (Jessica Beer)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Heike Salzer is a German dancer, and together we directed two of the pieces: Thule, which was made in Iceland, and Wild-er-ness, which was made on a location in England, explains the project&#8217;s general director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abWhat many of us are doing is documenting the dance with the phone or with the camera, that is not what we are talking about, we are talking about a cinematographic interplay of the dance or a choreographic interplay of the cinematography.
