The exclusivity of a unique style in the Cuban radio system is determined by the characteristics that distinguish Enciclopedia. This is not only due to the prominence of female broadcasters, but also to the always well-defended precept of broadcasting content that stimulates and activates the exercise of the imagination and the power of reason.
Who can resist the pleasures of radio art such as the programmes Cita en Enciclopedia, Después del mediodía and Gotas del saber? Among other things, these programmes consider culture as a process of development and accumulation of knowledge. It is the essence of the spiritual growth of citizens and their conscious action in social life, with critical thinking.
Radio Enciclopedia’s programmes focus on the relationship between education and culture. This is based on the idea of the school as the most important cultural institution in any community.
