A trail in the stars, a new proposal by Teatro de Las Estaciones

For children and not so children, Teatro de Las Estaciones will offer its next premiere, Un rastro en las estrellas (Poemas invisibles para decir a la hora del crepúsculo), a play inspired by a collection of poems by José Manuel Espino, which will soon be performed by the renowned company.

The stage proposal is a tribute to the Teatro Nacional de Guiñol and the well-known text The Little Prince, a universal classic by Frenchman Antoine de Saint Exupéry.

Teatro de Las Estaciones has always wanted to approach this classic without age distinctions; the time has come, and for this the poem book Asteroide B-612, by poet and playwright José Manuel Espino, has served as the basis, commented Rubén Darío Salazar, director of the house of the sun and the moon, through the social network Facebook.

Salazar Taquechel, also mentioned that the group, which is about to celebrate its 31st anniversary, joins the saga of little princes that have seen the light of day in Cuba, and highlights the premiere 60 years ago of the renowned play by the National Puppet Theater, the maximum reference of puppets of Las Estaciones.

“It has been a long process, due to the human and socioeconomic circumstances that affect the creation, which has made the artistic and technical team of the group choose to grow, as the child who came from the stars”; said the National Theater Award 2020 about the work that still does not reveal premiere date, but advances, it will be soon!
