Artist vs Blockade: Cuba Is Not Alone

The #CubaIsNotAlone exhibition brings together more than 50 works from 15 countries, in a joint effort by the Artists vs Blockade movement as a show of solidarity with Cuba and to celebrate the resilience of its people in the face of the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States.
These works will be exhibited on October 29 and 30, 2024, in New York City, coinciding with the discussion of Resolution 78/7 of the United Nations General Assembly, which once again calls for an end to this criminal and unilateral U.S. policy towards the Caribbean island. Once again, #CubaIsNotAlone.
The call states: “Join a cause that transcends borders and share your talent in the #CubaIsNotAlone campaign. Now more than ever, it is crucial to amplify voices of support for the Cuban people, who have resisted unjust and unilateral sanctions for decades. As an artist, graphic designer or creator, you have the power to capture a message of hope, solidarity and resilience through your art. Your creativity can make a difference!”
The call also accompanies the voices that request that Cuba be deleted from the list of state sponsors of terrorism.
