Dancing concludes Summer Course Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba

The 29th edition of the Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba Summer Course is now in its third and final stage. Participants are experiencing joy, learning to dance, fostering camaraderie, and much more, as these are the guiding values for everyone involved.

The closing gala of the third and final stage will take place on Saturday, August 12th, at 8:00 p.m. in the Amphitheater of the Historic Center of Havana, a cultural institution with over eight decades of history.

This special performance will showcase all the students who are participating in the event, along with guests including the Children’s and Youth Ballet, members of the professional career, and the actress Amarilys Sánchez.

Tickets will be available for purchase starting on Wednesday, August 9, at 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Havana Port Coliseum box office. They will also be available online through the ENZONA platform.

By participating in these courses, participants will be able to connect with esteemed instructors and dancers who are experts in ballet, flamenco, urban and popular Cuban dances, folklore, choreography, and the unique fusion dance style that defines the company. Furthermore, playing on some of the marvelous stages of the Cuban capital.

This summer season, Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba has had the honor of hosting hundreds of children and teenagers from all over Cuba and the world.

In the beginning of September, enrollment for all those aged 5 and above will be available for the vocational workshops of LADC School and MalecónArt 255, a great place to learn and have fun as a family.
