From June 4 to 7, the XV Conference for Cuban Librarian Day will be held in the Historic Center of Havana, addressing diversity and digital inclusion from the perspective of libraries.

Organized by the Deputy Office of Documentary Heritage, the program will include various initiatives, such as the campaign «Books in Motion,» exchange readings, the children’s workshop «Let’s Make a Book,» a scientific meeting, and exhibitions.

This Tuesday, a tribute to historians Emilio Roig de Leuchsenring and Eusebio Leal Spengler will take place in the Madre Teresa de Calcuta Garden; and on Thursday, in the Santo Domingo building, the meeting «The Dissemination of Documentary Heritage: From Analog to Digital» will be held.

The activities will conclude on June 7, Cuban Librarian Day, with the opening of the exhibition «Cultural Diversity: Families and Traditions,» which will be on display at the Casa de la Obra Pía Museum.
