Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba Presents: 1, 2, 3… Everyone on Stage!

Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba (LADC), a renowned dance company and school, will close 2024 with its traditional year-end production: 1, 2, 3… Everyone on Stage! at the National Theater of Cuba.

The Avellaneda Hall will host performances on Friday, December 13, and Saturday, December 14, at 7:00 p.m., and on Sunday, December 15, at 5:00 p.m.

These shows will feature various generations of LADC, including the professional ensemble, members of the Vocational Workshops, and the Children’s and Youth Ballet programs. Audiences will have the opportunity to witness the progression of students from their first steps in dance to the highest levels of the company.

As part of this beloved year-end tradition, the event will debut several choreographies in LADC’s signature style, Fusion Dance—a vibrant blend of Spanish dances, ballet, contemporary dance, folklore, and an array of Cuban popular, Afro-Cuban, and urban dance forms.
