Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba to Launch 31st Summer Course in 2025

The 31st Summer Course from Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba (LADC) will begin on July 14, 2025, aimed at enhancing the knowledge, technique, and artistry of students, dancers, and dance enthusiasts alike—because when it comes to learning, there are no limits.

Led by a team of professional instructors, many of whom are active members of the LADC company, the course offers a diverse range of classes in Fusion Dance, Ballet, Flamenco, Folklore, Choreography Workshops, film screenings related to dance, lectures, and more, all designed to create a unique and enriching experience.

The first session will run from July 14 to July 26, while the second session will take place from July 28 to August 10.

Interested participants can start the registration process online through the official LADC website and complete their in-person enrollment at the company’s headquarters located at Compostela 659, entre Luz y Acosta, in Old Havana’s Historic Center. The final deadline for in-person registration is July 25.

Under the direction of acclaimed choreographer Lizt Alfonso, this annual academic project aims to provide practical stage training delivered with quality, passion, and joy—core values that inspire and nurture emerging talent.
