Presentation of a new digital book on nutrition

Professor Juan Hernández Machado will be presenting a free digital book at the José Martí National Library on the 19th of September at 10 am.

On this occasion, the author – National Philatelic Prize for 2021 – will bring us closer to a subject as important as food, from the point of view of philately.

Alimentarnos: necesidad y deleite, una recreación filatélica is the title of the material that will be made available to those who are interested. This is part of the ongoing collaboration between the National Library and the Cerro Philatelic Club, to promote reading, philately, friendship, and good habits.

As in previous editions, it is recommended to bring a computer storage device, like a flash drive, external hard drive, or something similar.

The invitation is to share this interesting moment that demonstrates the close connection between philately, education, culture, and history, all for the benefit of everyone.
