Ninth Edition of Eyeife Festival Arrives Soon
The Cuban Art Factory (FAC) will host the ninth edition of the Eyeife Festival from December 11 to 13. This event is dedicated to showcasing electronic music created by emerging national and international talents.
Guests from Spain and Cuba will gather for three days in Halls 1, 3, and 4 of FAC in Havana, sharing their creative experiences with audiences through professional workshops and live music.
The opening day will feature several workshops aimed at exploring new trends in digital strategy, personal branding, and sound production, followed by a DJ showcase. Rafa Fergom, co-founder and workshop coordinator of Eyeife, from the PM Records headquarters in Havana, noted that these workshops are designed to promote the sharing of strategic tools and multidisciplinary approaches.
Participants will have a unique opportunity to gain knowledge that they can apply to their personal, professional, and creative projects, thanks to first-hand insights from Rafa Fergom, Víctor Cervantes, Charlie Zuma, and Tropical Mystic.
The final two days will transform FAC into a lively hub of music, featuring a variety of electronic music styles that will delight fans and promoters alike. The stage will host leading Cuban artists, former winners from past editions, and international guests, as mentioned by musicologist and event producer Gretel Garlobo.
Performers will include Lejardi, Jigüe, Madame Butterfly, Thalai, Slashfeel, MARTT & NEO, LVSS!!, Nemexi, and the Warapo project, all set to energize the crowd in Halls 1 and 4 of FAC. They will be joined by past award-winners such as INSIKE, Boynay, Mr. Ford, and Yongolailan, along with the winners of the 2025 Eyeife Creation Contest: Afronamy (first prize), Dannid (second prize), and the project Arank (third prize).
The musical lineup will also feature Spanish artists Tropical Mystic and DJ Trapela.
Another highlight of the festival is a special performance by the El Cobre Steel Band from Santiago de Cuba, along with the Malpaso Dance Company, Ballet Rakatán, Jhimmy Foxx & Friends, and La Wawa Electrónica—a project led by Issac Delgado Jr. and DJ Reitt.
Festival director Mario Oliva praised the event’s exceptional curation, attributing its ongoing success to the collaborative efforts of multiple institutions committed to promoting diverse artistic expressions each year.
As a result, Eyeife has become the epicenter of electronic music in Cuba—a space that welcomes young creators and showcases talent from around the world.
