The magazine La Jiribilla invites you to the Sentipensar Space

On July 19, the cultural magazine La Jiribilla will hold another edition of the Sentipensar Space, as part of the activities for the beginning of summer.

The event will take place at 4:00 p.m. in the main hall of the Casa del Alba Cultural in Havana and will focus on young intellectuals in Cuba, their projects and challenges.

The panelists will include young researchers Belsis Isabel Rodríguez, Anclara León, Claudia Alejandra Damiani, Iramís Rosique and Ernesto Teuma.

After the meeting, at 5:30 p.m., there will be an illustrated concert by the singer Ariel Díaz in the space El patio de Baldovina, part of the aforementioned magazine.

Writer, cartoonist and critic, Ariel Díaz belongs to the generation of singers known as the Cantores de la Rosa y la Espina. Several of his texts have appeared in magazines and periodicals, and he is the author of the book La primera piedra, in which he gathers his views on the Cuban new song movement.

Sentipensar is a space dedicated to cultural debate and was launched last May as part of the 22nd anniversary celebrations of La Jiribilla.
