Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba Opens Enrollment for 2026–2027 Course

The renowned dance company Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba is inviting children and young people interested in pursuing artistic training in dance to enroll in its 2026–2027 course.

Learning in the studios of Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba offers a unique experience in which comprehensive training fosters personal growth, awakens creativity, and celebrates each student’s authentic expression.

The Vocational Workshops stand out for their artistic and human-centered approach, while promoting the development of technical skills and essential values for both art and life. They also constitute the first step in the Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba school, which will celebrate its 35th anniversary in 2027.

Those interested may choose one or more classes from the following options: Fusion Dance, Ballet, Flamenco, Cuban and Afro-Cuban Popular Dances, Urban Dance, and Physical Conditioning.

Beginning September 2, enrollment will be open to children aged five and older, with no upper age limit.

Enrollment applications will be accepted Monday through Friday at the Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba headquarters, located at call Compostela 659  entre Luz y Acosta, in Old Havana, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Those who choose Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba will have access to comprehensive training in dance and much more, as the Vocational Workshops combine artistic instruction with a human-centered approach. They will also find a space designed to help them grow, dream, and express themselves.
