Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba Opens Its En Familia Performance Season

Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba is set to launch a new edition of its En Familia performances, which will open the upcoming season with the youngest members of the household taking center stage.

At the iconic Malecón Art 255 building, children and young people from the company’s Vocational Workshops, together with participants from Malecón Art 255, will fill the venue with talent and joy on Saturdays, May 9, 16, 23, and 30, as well as June 6, in three daily performances at 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m., according to a press release.

These events are designed for full family enjoyment: parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, and even pets are invited.

Each gathering will feature surprises, with spaces for learning and dialogue with creators, live music, dance, and entertainment. It promises a unique shared experience of celebration, and the information highlights.

Starting Monday, May 4, tickets will be available at the headquarters of Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba, located at Compostela número 659, entre Luz y Acosta, in Havana’s Historic Center, during business days and hours, as well as at Malecón Art 255 prior to each performance, subject to availability.
